Cusco Arrival & Orientation
Arrive in Cusco (3,400m) and spend the afternoon acclimatising. Evening briefing with your guide over a pisco sour.
Sacred Valley Exploration
Visit the Pisac market and Ollantaytambo fortress. End at the trailhead village for an early night before the trek begins.
Km 82 → Ayapata (Dead Woman's Pass)
The trail proper begins. Climb through subtropical cloud forest and cross the highest point at 4,215m — the notorious Dead Woman's Pass.

Altitude sickness (AMS) is possible above 3,000m. We build acclimatisation days into the itinerary, carry medical-grade oxygen, and our guides are Wilderness First Responder certified.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Cancellations are free up to 60 days in advance.
