OUR ORIGINS

Lead by Nima Sherpa

In 2003, Nima Sherpa and two friends led a group of eight travellers to Everest Base Camp. None of the eight had expedition experience, but Nima\’s meticulous acclimation and local knowledge brought every member to the base camp and back safely.

That single trip laid the foundations for SummitQuest. Today, we hold the same values: meticulous planning, small group footprint, and multi-generational local guides who treat you like family.
